Prerequisite(s): 1644 (v.7) Human Biology 134 or any previous version
 
Syllabus: Exploration of human reproduction. Comparative reproductive physiology - hormonal regulation, menstrual cycle, erectile function and dysfunction, fertility, infertility and fertility treatments. Contraception and birth spacing. Gametogenesis, fertilisation and implantation. Physiology of pregnancy, lactation, pregnancy loss. Teratogens. Cytogenetics, karyotyping and prenatal diagnosis. Menopause and age-related changes in the reproductive function.
