Syllabus: Insightful and critical understanding of educational evaluation and assessment, and relationship and impact on science, mathematics and technology education. Evaluation topics include new directions, formative and summative, goal-free, and utilisationof results. Assessment topics include shifts in practices, current strategies and the need for change, outcomes based, and innovative strategies.
