Introduction

This specialised double major is designed to provide a sound understanding of the process of accounting and financial planning together with the fundamental skills and knowledge required in professional practice. It provides a good foundation for those intending to gain employment in professional accounting practices, commerce as well as the finance industry. Graduates seeking entry into the Financial Planning Association are required to complete an additional unit, Estate Planning 326. This course is recognised as being acceptable for membership of CPA Australia.
