Syllabus: Negotiation and advocacy. Drafting logs of claims, techniques and problems. Theories of the negotiation process/behaviour - formulation of strategy. Practical exercises and case studies. Procedure in conciliation hearings. Evidence and procedure in arbitration. Enforcement of awards. Techniques of advocacy.
