Assessment, diagnosis, planning, management, evaluation, and consultation. Interdisciplinary practice. Family centred practice and welfare. Evidence based clinical decision-making. Case management for acute, post-acute, chronic and complex, illness and disability health needs. High and low level long term care. Nursing practice relevant to older people and their families.
