Syllabus: Introduction to time management and planning techniques: bar charts, precedence networks, program evaluation review technique (PERT). Resource planning: types of resources, resource smoothing/leveling. Monitoring programs: trend analysis, crashing networks. Total quality management, benchmarking, best practice and practical experience of developing, writing and using quality-management system documentation.
