Syllabus:	Information needs of historical researchers, the organisational skills of indexing, storing and retrieving historical material in all formats, development of manual and automated systems for local history collections, effective methods of managing documentary, audio-visual and electronic heritage resources, and the design of promotional activities and public programs.
