Introduction

Corporate governance monitors standards and ensures compliance with the laws which authorise and regulate companies and their commercial activities. It provides a thorough coverage of the legal and administrative requirements for business and industrial administration.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

Applicants must have either a Graduate Certificate in Corporate Governance or its equivalent, or a bachelor degree in business, commerce or a related field from a recognised tertiary institution or equivalent qualification.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis.

Duration and Availability

The course is two semesters full-time or equivalent part-time study.

Intermediate Awards 1

A student who has completed the requirements of an approved intermediate award may apply for graduation in that award subject to approval from the Head of School/Department. Fees apply. Intermediate award(s) approved for this course are:
