Introduction

This course is designed to provide an opportunity to expand knowledge in the area of advertising communications. It develops skills in the theories and techniques application of the marketing communications mix. It provides a broad overview of advertising, media, creative strategy, direct marketing, sales promotions, e-marketing, marketing, public relations and support media.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

A degree from a recognised tertiary institution and at least two years work experience, or at least five years substantial managerial/executive level work experience. Those without formal qualifications, but who have extensive managerial and executive work experience, are eligible to be considered for enrolment in this course.

Duration and Availability

This fee paying course is one semester full-time or equivalent part-time study.

Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other essential study materials.
