Syllabus: Review of educational measurement and descriptive statistics. Review of inferential statistics and the logic of hypothesis testing and statistical power. Correlation, partial correlation and the logic of survey design and analysis. Introduction to factor analysis, regression analysis. Causal analysis in correlational and experimental research. Univariate and multivariate analysis of variance and covariance. Discriminant analysis.
