Syllabus: Structural bioinformatics involves developing knowledge and understanding in protein structure, molecular forces, sequence and structural databases, protein and DNA interactions, molecular structure visualisation software programs, protein folding, protein structure methods, protein purification and relevant emerging biotechnologies.
