Introduction

This major is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of, and competencies in, accounting and associated fields of auditing, taxation, business law and financial management in order to meet the educational requirements of CPA Australia and the ICAA and to equip them for a professional accounting career in commerce, industry, government or public practice. It is recognised as being acceptable for membership of CPA Australia.
