This course is pending registration for International Onshore Students on Student Visas. Please contact the Curtin International Office to determine availability for International students.

Introduction

This course is designed for those requiring a solid background in property valuation. Prospective students may have a background in property practice or from any other related field and wish to access tertiary education level units in the domain of property valuation.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

A property degree from a recognised institution with a major other than valuation or students without a degree but a least three years relevant industry experience.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Applications for recognition of prior learning are not considered within this course, however possible course substitutions could be considered by the Course Coordinator.

Duration and Availability

This fee paying course is of one year part-time study. External study is not available.

Professional Recognition

Graduates may be eligible for admission to the Australian Property Institute if they have completed a double major in property.
