Introduction

The course is designed to extend knowledge of computer science particularly in its application to problems of a technical, industrial and applied nature, and to increase the ability to manage research and development in a technical environment.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) or equivalent.

Recognition of Prior Learning

Applications for recognition of prior learning are assessed on an individual basis. Recognition of prior learning of up to one year study may be given to those with an honours degree in computer science or a postgraduate diploma in computer science or equivalent.

Duration and Availability

This fee paying course is two years full-time or equivalent part-time study.

Additional Course Expenses

Students may be expected to purchase a number of textbooks, readers and other vital study materials.
