Exploration of the networks of meaning which must be negotiated and managed by those working as communicators in both the public and private sectors. Through a range of practical tasks, an introduction to key understandings underpinning all professional communication - the characteristics of effective message production and reception, the importance of an understanding of the cultural contexts in which professional communication takes place. |
