Syllabus: Concepts and methodologies used in strategic and corporate planning in both government agencies and private corporations. It includes sessions on strategic management, military capability management, defence decision-making, force structure planning, defence planning and alliance management. This unit also places considerable weight on learning and practicing the key practical skills that are related, such as programming and budgeting, and the preparation of strategic plans.
