Initiatives in sustainable development policies and democratic politics. State and the non-governmental sector as partners in national development. Identifying issues and needs at the local level, politics of working in the non-governmental sector, developing and managing social policies in development. Development worker as manager and roles of advocacy in policy development. Ethics, rights and practices of social development in the community.
