303182 v.2 Honours Stream in Pharmacy

Introduction

This honours stream extends knowledge of current academic research methodology in pharmacy. It is offered on a competitive basis for a limited number of third year students each year. Students will be initially selected on the basis of a semester weighted average of 65 or more for the two consecutive semesters of second year. Interested students will then be interviewed by a panel of three staff members for final selection. This process will be undertaken at the beginning of semester one in third year and enrolments modified for successful applicants. Honours students will complete their fourth year program at the same time as students taking the regular stream, but will graduate with an honours degree.
