Arguments, probability, validity, relations. Legal research and reasoning. Policies of tort liability. Negligence, standard of care, duty of care, specific duty situations, causation, remoteness and damages. Professional negligence. Intentional infliction of purely economic loss. Defamation. Private and public nuisance.
