| Provides participants with the opportunity to explore the issues relating to the human resource management needs of multinational enterprises as well as smaller organisations. Exploration of aspects of international human resource management activities such as staffing the organisation, employee development, appraisals, compensation. Addresses the role of human resources in culturally diverse organisations. |
