Admission: Completion of all units in the third year of the Bachelor of Social Work.
A field placement of five days per week each semester, supervised by an approved field instructor. Students are expected to relate social work theory to practice situations, to further develop a variety of social work competencies, and by the end of the placement to demonstrate a degree of professional competence in a social work role.
