Stock reconciliations, cropping, stocking and rotations. Inventories, capital items, depreciation, loans, interest. Gross margin and profit calculation, income and expenditure, cash flow, assets, liabilities and equity. Development, year in year out (YIYO), partial and parametric budgets. Cash control and recording systems. Production economics.
