An introduction to the occupational health and safety professions. General awareness of hazards, risk, occupational, health and safety law and hazard management. Studies the importance of health and safety and the focus of a multi-disciplinary approach. Report writing, research and oral presentation skills. Experience to include routine inspections of workplaces and submission of reports.
