Introduction to critical concepts, models, approaches and procedures for planning and conducting evidence-based evaluations. Evaluations as a reporting and accountability strategy for managers and funding bodies. The role of evaluation and outcomes research in assessing the effectiveness of specific health and professional interventions, an assessment approaches and health outcomes from a clients perspective.
