Selection of project, indigenous ways of, used for entry and negotiation for project commencement. Factors and issues - identifying signposts for successful planning. Obtaining initial and ongoing support within and external to the organization. Projectresources - procurement of human and capital resources. Forecasting of budget and personnel details with their role in planning. Project evaluation - developing criteria according to project goals and objectives.
