Historical issues and factors which explain the current situation of Indigenous Australians. The impact of Federal and State Acts and policies on Indigeous people. Oral history - principles and practice. The conceptual framework of an Indigenous Community Management and Development Practitioner or an Indigenous Primary Health Care Practitioner and its application in the local setting.
