Celestial Mechanics - two body system, three body system, applications to the solar system, N-body systems, general perturbations, gravitational encounters, sphere of influence, applications to globular clusters and galaxies. Supernovae and GravitationalLensing - Type I and Type II SN, Macro and Microlensing. Astrophysics of Galaxies - Our galaxy, Orbits of stars, the Local Group, Spiral galaxies, Elliptical galaxies. Cosmology and General Relativity - Hubbles law, General Relativity, Friedmann-Robertson-Walker models.
