Models of mind-brain relationships and skill acquisition that provide a context for developing expertise in the assessment and management of developmental and acquired communication and swallowing disorders in people of different ages, cultures and experience. Constructing models of mind-brain relationships based on cognitive, linguistic, psychosocial, computational, clinical, neurophysiological and neuroanatomical data.
