Evolutionary analysis and use of computer applications. Polymorphism and mutation, Hardy Weinberg rule and its extensions, bioinformatics with an emphasis on gene trees, phylogenetic analysis, databases for DNA and protein sequences and mutations responsible for inherited diseases. Review of software applications and statistical methods in evolutionary analysis.
