For students from non-English speaking backgrounds whose proficiency in English language might place them at a disadvantage in Australian undergraduate courses. Practise in speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in a tertiary setting. Academicwriting in the form of reports with some exposure to essays. Study, library/www research and oral communication skills. Vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. Areas of study, cross-cultural and current issues.
