Admission: completion of second year of the materials major or minor in the Bachelor of Science (Multidisc Science)
Approved theoretical studies and practical work in an area of materials science. Report writing. Undertaken in collaboration with an external organisation. Usually completed over summer break. If part of a summer studentship program, twelve hours per week must be devoted to project work for seven weeks minimum.
