Designing nutrition promotion programs - community assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programs. Innovative nutrition promotion strategies - individual and small group, schools, worksites, restaurants, supermarkets, local nutrition policies. Use of case studies to illustrate intervention and evaluation strategies.
