Ecology of marine and freshwater aquatic environments. Relationship between aquatic communities and their physical environment. Aquaculture pond ecology. Principles of population dynamics in aquatic ecosystems. Stock recruitment in wild stock fisheries. Effects of predator and prey interactions with emphasis on polyculture aquatic systems and wild stock fisheries. Comparison production economics of polyculture and monoculture systems.
