Derivation of small and large signal models for p-n junction diodes, bipolar junction transistor, junction field effect transistor, metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor. Biasing of transistor. Single stage amplifiers - common emitter, commonbase, common collector configurations. Introduction to differential amplifiers. Computer-aided design of analog circuits. Introduction to differential amplifiers.
