The opportunity to explore and develop individual leadership knowledge, self awareness and emotional intelligence. Includes individual and team focused simulations, team adventures, team building and outdoor activities. Provides an understanding of the social, political, technical and international environment that will influence the leadership of organisations over the next 10 years.
