Aerial photography and stereoscopy. Techniques used in geological interpretation of panchromatic, colour and infra red vertical aerial photographs, with particular reference to Western Australian geology. Concepts of collection and interpretation of satellite and other airborne digital remote sensing systems. Practical application of photogeology and satellite imagery to geological mapping and mineral and petroleum resource exploration.
