Introduction

This double degree major facilitates the development of sophisticated, critical and conceptual skills in understanding and evaluating the media and information institutions of our world - analysing film, radio, television, print, the Internet and the convergence of all these media forms. This major answers key questions that confront media-saturated societies, understanding globalisation, media corporations and the impact of information and communication technologies in the digital world. Critical analysis and the application of ideas to real opportunities.
