This course is designed for those with management and supervisory experience within the tourism and hospitality industry intending to pursue a broad-based program in the theory and practice of business management.

Course Entry Requirements/Prerequisites

A bachelor degree from a recognised tertiary institution and at least two years work experience OR with significant relevant work experience at a management or supervisory level.
