Syllabus: | This unit provides further practical clinical experience for the students with a focus on consolidating previously acquired skills while continuously expanding the development of new skills using the introduction of new or differing clinical aspects. This unit will support the on-going development of the beginner level sonographer moving towards an advanced-beginner practitioner by providing a platform to develop differing aspects of patient care and new communication techniques. By critically analysing their performance during and after the clinical placement and by reflecting on their performance personally and within the unit, students will be able to assess and evaluate their learning experiences. |
