Course Overview
Bachelor Degrees prepare students to develop broad and coherent knowledge and skills in a discipline for professional work and further learning corresponding to AQF level 7 qualifications.
This course is designed to give you an understanding of the key areas of business administration. The program aims to prepare you for management roles in the private and public sectors, as well as the global environment. In this course you will have special opportunities for developing industry experience through exciting projects.
Professional Recognition
Curtin Business School courses are designed, wherever possible, to conform with the membership standards of relevant post-graduation professional bodies. Course Entry and Completion Details
Applicants for a Bachelor Degree are required to meet University academic and English language entry standards; details are provided at http://futurestudents.curtin.edu.au and include flexible entry pathways. Any specific course entry and completion requirements must also be met.
TEE Applicable Mathematics or Discrete Mathematics is desirable. STAT elements considered are E and either V or Q.
Credit for Recognised Learning
Applications for credit towards a course are assessed on an individual basis. Credit reduces the amount of learning required to complete the course and may be granted for formal education qualifications, non-formal learning from non-award programs of study and informal learning through work experiences. Course Organisation
Bachelor Degrees typically contain a series of units which may include compulsory (core), optional or elective units to cater for student preferences. They may contain a range of majors, streams and/or minors for students to choose from to pursue learning in a specialised area of study.
This course is a broad based program comprising units from a range of business disciplines.

A graduate of this course can:

8. demonstrate respect for human rights, cultural diversity and the particular rights of Indigenous Australians and highlight the importance and impact of cultural diversity on the interactions of commercial agents
9. show leadership, and employ ethical practice and professional integrity when working within a team and independently
