Syllabus:

Principles of design, improvements versus innovation, design processes, human factors (designing for different types of users), usability and user requirements. Designing and testing forms, reports, help, error systems and navigation, enhancing interfaces with graphics and images, video and sound, interface development environments and interaction devices.
