Syllabus:

Fundamentals of international trade, competitive advantage of firms in global trade, dynamics of national advantage, global infrastructure of international banking, transaction and documentation risk in international trade from a banking perspective, mechanics of trade capital transactions and international settlements, country and political risk as a tool for managing credit risk, a portfolio approach to country risk, assessing credit risk in international banking, lending instruments and capital markets in international banking, international project financing, risk management techniques in international banking and cross cultural issues in international banking.
