Introduction

This is a broad-based multidisciplinary major providing students with a detailed understanding of contemporary environmental issues, the problems and possible solutions, and a working knowledge of how to apply contemporary 'best practice' managerial techniques to improve environmental outcomes and business opportunities for organisations. An emphasis is placed on providing a practical knowledge base and in developing strategic business skills that will allow firms to generate better environmental outcomes as well as improved business performance.
