Individual Study: 1 x 4 Hours Weekly
Syllabus: Review of applied anatomy and current literature relating to anatomy of the vertebral column. Detailed consideration of the intervertebral and zygapophyseal joints, intrinsic muscles of the back, thoracolumbar fascia, age related changes, function and rehabilitation of the injured spine. A review of neuroanatomy focusing on the effect of damage on the motor control system and the consequent disruption in motor performance.
