Other Requisite(s): Completion of second year of course: especially in BCom (HRM/IR) or equivlalent.
Syllabus: Introduction to the basic concepts of human resource management systems and the application of technology to human resource management. Aspects relating to human resource management and technology, the selection, introduction and usage and the impact of technology on human resource practices and the 'future' of human resources.
