Syllabus:	Management models, values and assumptions, their influence on behaviour, role and fit with Indigenous community development. Setting the policy agenda and organisational influence using the policy process. Values, principles and ethics of Indigenous community management and development practice. Analysis of own role in terms of Indigenous community management and development practice.
