Syllabus: Focus on the various impacts and influences associated with the management of the tourism industry. Various management issues concerning the social, cultural, heritage and environmental aspects of the tourism industry are investigated at a local, destination and regional level. Examination of management issues relating to tourism in a global context. Encouragement to adopt both a management perspective and a conceptual approach when addressing the impacts and influences of management within the tourism industry from a stakeholder perspective.
