Introduction

This honours major combines advanced coursework with intensive individual research. Students engage in a semester of coursework and individual project preparation, followed by a semester of intensive research, writing and, if permitted, professional practice during their honours dissertation. Students are required to contribute to their research by conducting presentations in an academic setting, learning skills in individual project management, research techniques, critical thinking, analytical writing as well as detailed knowledge in their specific project area.
