Syllabus:

This unit focuses on the basics of marketing and is aimed at students who have not previously studied marketing or who have a limited exposure to marketing in their work. It aims to increase knowledge and understanding of marketing, covering the evolution of the marketing concept, its current applications and its future developments with a view to developing students' judgment skills when applying marketing concepts to practical settings. Through the development of an operational marketing plan, students will work individually and in teams to outline actions and strategies for a chosen organisation, synthesising academic knowledge into a practical application.
