The legal system. Sources of law. Courts, tribunals and statutory interpretation. Case law and precedent. Procedure and evidence. Legal Aid. The Australian Family Law Act, divorce, custody, child support, property settlement. The Child Welfare Act. Adoption. Sexual assault. Restraining orders. The Child Support Act.
